Working with Robin was very easy from the beginning. Because I’ve first researched the last four vehicles I’ve purchased online, I knew that I could gauge the responsiveness of dealers very easily via email, and determine the dealership I felt most comfortable with visiting.

Robin is very attentive to your needs online, via email and in person at the dealership. Buying four vehicles by starting online, I’ve learned that how the internet sales manager treats you is a great indication of how your overall experience with a dealership will be. I have had a great experience with with Robin.

Robin is honest, straight forward and very good about following up with email and telephone responses any time there is a question. No question was too complicated or request too time consuming. After test driving several vegicles I got nothing but patience and eagerness from everyone at the dealership. Every person I saw in the dealership asked me if they could help me in any way– sincerely. The experience was relaxed, no pressure and the experience was actually enjoyable!

Because I had a special edition vehicle to trade in, other dealerships were offering me a less than fair price for my trade. Robin did the proper research to understand what I was trading in, and offered me the most fair trade value during my recent vehicle search and purchase.

Robin and the dealership were more than willing to “run the numbers” for me with many models, down payments and purchasing and leasing options. She made it easy for me to take the research I had done, combine that with my impressions of the test drives, and see which vehicle and purchasing option would best fit my needs.

My experience at your dealership was nothing but EXCELLENT. Robin, the internet sales manager was more then helpful, in fact we did all the “dealing” via email. She got me a great deal on the vehicle that I had my eye on for well over a year. I was also looking at the FJ Cruiser but honestly if it wasn’t for Robin’s help via emails, I would of went the other route. I’m more on the shy type, and I was nervous going up there alone, since my friends were out of town. She made the sales process smooth and comfortable not like Ricart down the road. Everyone was so helpful there. She explained everything to me on the vehicle. The finance manager was also very nice. I gotta say I would recommend Robin to anyone.
